Digital visual sample preparation stage for preparing single micro-nanofiber samples

Working Principle of the Equipment:

Micro-nanofibers are received offline through a special sample stage (patented), and then the sample stage with the micro-nanofibers is placed on the device. With the coordination of high and low magnification digital microscopes, a specially designed cutting system is used to cut away the excess micro-nanofibers under the microscope, leaving only a single micro-nanofiber on the sample stage, thereby completing the preparation of a single micro-nanofiber sample.

1) Equipped with a special sample stage to achieve offline collection and fixation of micro-nanofiber samples, with the minimum spacing of the sample stage reaching 0.1mm,

2) High and low magnification digital microscope system, with a maximum magnification of up to 8 pixels/μm

3) Parallel light source as background light, allowing for clear observation of the sample

4) Double-sided cutter system, achieving precise movement in three dimensions

5) A fixture system used to secure the sample stage, enabling precise movement in three dimensions

6) The design of the enclosed chamber eliminates the influence of stray light from the outside

7) As shown in the figure, both macro and micro images of the sample stage gap can be observed, and the cutter used to sever excess fibers can also be seen
