Single Fiber Tensile and Bending Strength Tester (Model: FZ08)

Conventional single-fiber strength testers can only measure the tensile strength of regular fibers, such as cotton, wool, silk, linen, and synthetic fibers. This equipment not only measures the strength of conventional fibers but can also be used to measure the strength of special fibers, such as bamboo and wood short fibers, and fur fibers. Meanwhile, it can also measure the bending performance of single fibers to obtain physical parameters such as the bending modulus.
The equipment is equipped with a patented sample fixture, allowing for the replacement of different fixtures in both tensile and bending modes to meet various measurement requirements.
The equipment is equipped with a high-precision force sensor module, a 3D spatial positioning module, professional database software, and an interchangeable fixture system (different fixture systems are required for tensile and bending modes). It can also be configured with a digital machine vision module according to customer needs to observe the morphology of the fibers in real-time during the experiment.
