A digital line tension meter is a handheld device used to accurately measure the tension of various process materials (including yarn, fiber, wire, and optical fiber) in operation or at rest. What are the precautions when operating a digital line tension meter?
Improper operation of the digital line tension meter may damage the instrument and cause serious incidents. If testing impact loads, please choose a model with a load ratio twice as large as the maximum impact load of all tests.

1. During destructive testing, protective face masks and gloves should be worn to prevent flying debris generated during the test from injuring the body.
2. Do not use damaged or severely bent fixtures. For custom fixtures, please select them according to the instrument model manual.
3. Do not exceed the measurement range when using the digital wire tension meter. Otherwise, it may cause sensor damage or even lead to accidents.
4. When the test value exceeds 110% of the measurement range, the buzzer will sound continuously. At this time, please quickly release the applied load or reduce the load.
5. When using the power adapter for power supply, do not use any power source other than the specified voltage, otherwise it may cause electric shock or fire.
6. Do not pull out or plug in the power cord with wet hands, otherwise it may cause electric shock.
7. Do not pull the power cord of the power adapter to unplug it, to avoid electric shock from a broken wire.
8. Please use a soft cloth to clean this device. Dip the cloth in water with detergent, wring it out, and then clean the dust and dirt. Note: Do not use volatile chemicals to clean this device (such as solvents, thinners, alcohol, etc.)
9. Do not use the digital line tension meter in wet, dusty, oily, or chemical-laden locations, or in areas surrounded by vibration sources.
10. After use, please place the tension meter in the provided portable case to protect the test spindle from external impact forces.
11. The digital wire tension meter features an LCD display and high-precision integrated electronic components. Please do not hit or squeeze it. After use, please place the product in the provided portable case.
12. Do not assemble, repair, or modify this device yourself, as it may cause permanent damage to the wire tension meter.
The above is the introduction to the precautions for the digital wire tension meter for your reference.
