Mechanical properties study of micro-nano single fibers

The precision testing system for the mechanical properties of micro-nano single fibers is used to measure the mechanical properties of fiber materials at the micro-nano scale. While micro-nano scale fibers have been extensively studied, the measurement of their mechanical properties is an essential performance indicator for industrial applications. Traditional single-fiber strength testers can only measure the mechanical properties of conventional-scale fiber materials. Based on traditional mechanical property testers, this equipment has been developed to measure the strength of micro-nano scale single fibers. In addition, this device can also be used to measure conventional fiber materials and special fibers, such as cotton, linen, silk, wool, bamboo and wood short fibers, and animal skin fibers.
Micro-nano scale fibers have been widely studied, but research on their mechanical properties is limited, mainly due to technical constraints such as difficult sample preparation and high precision requirements for instruments. This equipment overcomes these technical limitations. By utilizing offline sample preparation, it solves the problem of difficult sample preparation. Meanwhile, the device achieves precise control and data acquisition of force, displacement, and other parameters to automatically process the samples. The included database software enables fully automatic control of the experimental process, greatly improving experimental efficiency.
The experimental data obtained by this instrument plays a significant role in promoting the research field of micro-nano single fibers, helping researchers gain a deeper understanding of micro-nano fibers.
